My Fan Control is operated by KAKHA GIORGASHVILI.
You can use local Mac fan control and the sample demo without an account or a Pro Fan subscription. Remote access is optional.
Local use
The Mac app reads temperature and fan sensors and stores local preferences, profiles, curves and any logs you enable on your Mac. Local monitoring does not require uploading these readings to our service. The demo contains sample data.
Account and remote access
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, account identifier and a hashed password if you choose email sign-in. Sign in with Apple supplies an Apple account identifier and, when shared, a name and email address. Apple authorization tokens are encrypted on the server and used to support account linking and revocation.
Pairing stores the device name, account ownership, authentication credentials and connection status. Enabling remote access sends sensor names, temperatures, fan RPM, supported capabilities, settings revisions, profiles, curves and supported preferences to our self-hosted service so your authorized clients can monitor and control that Mac. Disabling remote access stops its connection to the service.
Purchases
Apple processes payment. We receive verified purchase identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, expiry and an account-binding identifier to authorize Pro Fan. We do not receive your card number. Cancellation, grace periods, refunds and revocations are handled using verified Apple subscription records.
Service operation
We process session cookies and authentication tokens, connection metadata and security/error logs to operate and secure the service. The website uses essential cookies for sign-in and request protection, and browser storage for your appearance preference. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your account or sensor data. Hosting, edge-network/TLS and Apple services process the information needed to provide their services; the production website uses Cloudflare at its edge. Processing may take place outside your country.
Retention
Current remote readings expire from the live cache after approximately 45 seconds. Device settings and command outcomes remain associated with your account until you delete remote data or your account. The service does not currently offer a hosted sensor-history archive. Operational logs are restricted to service administrators; encrypted operator backups use a 30-day rotation schedule and are restricted to recovery. Deleted data can remain in those backups until rotation and must not be reintroduced into active service during recovery.
Your choices and deletion
Use iPhone Settings → Account & Data, or the web Account & Data page, to delete remote data or permanently delete your account. Deletion is available without a subscription. Encrypted tokens needed for pending provider cleanup are retained only until that cleanup succeeds. Account deletion removes the account, hosted devices/settings/commands, sessions and subscription records, and queues Apple-token and broker-credential cleanup. Deleting remote data retains your account and subscription. Local Mac settings and logs remain on your Mac. An Apple subscription must be cancelled separately.
