These terms describe use of My Fan Control and its optional Pro Fan service. The service operator is KAKHA GIORGASHVILI. Your use of Apple’s App Store and payment services is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms.

Local control and optional remote service

Local Mac monitoring and fan control remain free. Pro Fan enables hosted remote monitoring and supported settings changes for one paired Mac per account. Supported controls depend on the Mac, sensors and background helper. A remote client cannot change arbitrary system settings.

Subscriptions and trials

Monthly and annual plans provide the same remote features. The iPhone purchase sheet displays the price, billing period and any eligible seven-day trial before purchase. Apple determines localized prices and trial eligibility. Annual billing is paid upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; an eligible trial renews at the selected plan’s price unless cancelled in time.

Use Apple’s subscription settings to manage or cancel. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period. Expiry or revocation disables remote service without removing local Mac functionality. Restore Purchases verifies a purchase associated with the same My Fan Control account. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund service and applicable consumer rights.

Safety and availability

macOS Automatic/System mode is the default way to let your Mac manage cooling. Custom controls require care and a working supported helper. Sensor readings and command delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Wait for the Mac’s verified result before relying on a remote change; an offline client cannot confirm an outcome. My Fan Control does not guarantee prevention of overheating, hardware damage or data loss.

Keep your Mac and app updated, use supported hardware and do not bypass local safety checks. Remote outages do not prevent local control. Features under development, including CloudKit transport, hosted historical monitoring and remote push alerts, are not included in the current service.

Your account

Only pair Macs you own or are authorized to control. Protect your sign-in credentials, do not share account access with untrusted people, and disable remote access on a Mac you no longer control. Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other accounts or bypass subscription/security controls. We may restrict access that compromises the service or other users.

Data and account closure

See our Privacy Policy for data processing and retention. You can delete your account or remote data without a subscription. Deleting an account does not cancel billing with Apple.

App license and contact

App Store distribution uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is explicitly presented with your purchase. These service terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
